This Return Policy applies to purchases made through the website www.dea-zone.com (the “Website”). This policy may be changed by DEA MARKETING (HK) LTD. (referred to as “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our” depending on the context) without prior written notice at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes to this policy will be effective from the “Last Updated Date” indicated on the Website. You should review this policy before purchasing any products available through this Website. Your continued use of this Website after the “Last Updated Date” will signify your acceptance of such changes.
Return and exchange policy within 30 days
The company is pleased to offer our valued customers a 30-day return or exchange policy. This policy applies to purchases made from DEA MARKETING (HK) LTD.
Return Policy
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returns submitted after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and require management approval.
No merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Returned merchandise will undergo an inspection process to ensure that the returned merchandise matches your order and is in proper condition.
All authorized return items must have all locks (iCloud, Google, Find My iPhone, etc.) removed prior to return.We will assign an RMA number to authorized returns. All RMA numbers issued are valid for fourteen 30 days.
Any item returned in a condition different from that in which it was shipped may be rejected for return.
Whether you are a new or existing customer (as defined below), our policy regarding which devices are eligible for return is the same. Any item that you received that does not meet the quality stated at the time of purchase, was not sealed, or arrived with signs of use (applies to new devices) is fully eligible for exchange or full refund.
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, a credit will be issued for the returned devices within five (5) business days. The credit is the purchase amount, which you can use to replace the goods with similar priced goods, or pay the difference to purchase goods of a higher value.
Critical defects: what we guarantee
Every DEA Zone customer is protected from receiving faulty equipment. We guarantee a refund if the following defects are found:
- Power issues: The device does not turn on or has a cyclic reboot.
- Apple Activation: Errors when activating Apple devices.
- Locks: Presence of active accounts or MDM profiles.
- Mechanics: Damage to the case or screen not disclosed at the time of sale.
- Components: Model or memory capacity does not match the items ordered.
Special conditions for new and regular customers
New Customers
New customers are first-time buyers on the Site. We understand the importance of your first sample order from a new supplier and want you to be satisfied. That's why, if you comply with the restrictions described above, we will refund any device for any reason on your first return of up to 50 devices.
If you need to return more than the specified number, or if you are not making your first purchase on the Site, the above policy for existing customers applies.
Existing Customers
Existing customers have made more than one purchase on the Site. We adhere to the test descriptions and ratings presented on our Site and therefore strive to offer a very flexible return policy. However, different categories of products undergo different functional tests and have different cosmetic standards. Any of the ratings can be returned if any functional defect is found. In addition, these devices can be returned if the cosmetic level differs significantly from that presented.
Alternative solutions: partial compensation
We understand that in some cases, our customers prefer to receive partial compensation for a defective device rather than incur the cost of return shipping. If this is your preference, please contact your account manager directly. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the Company's discretion.
*Please note that this does not apply to devices with Critical Defects (see list of Critical Defects above). No customer should ever receive a device with a critical defect. If a product is received with a critical defect, a return authorization must be requested immediately.
Exceptions and individual approach
The company values its customers and strives to assist customers with issues that may arise outside of our standard policy. These will also be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
