The collaboration process in DEA Zone
Order processing
The customer provides the manager with a list of goods with full specifications (color, memory capacity, quantity, model) via any convenient means of communication.
Availability check
After checking and confirming the availability of goods, the manager asks the customer for information about the final recipient in order to process the order.
Invoicing
The manager creates an order, including the customer's details, and sends the commercial invoice together with the invoice for payment.
Payment
The customer makes the payment using the selected method and sends confirmation information (check, receipt, screenshot). The payment is forwarded to the accounting department for confirmation.
Order picking, preparation for shipment.
After payment confirmation, order assembly begins within 24 hours. Depending on the number of items, the assembly process takes between 24 and 48 hours.
Shipping
After careful packaging and preparation for shipment, your order is sent to the carrier's warehouse, and the delivery period begins.
