1. How to buy?

We make our process convenient and simple; the sequence for placing an order is as follows:

Price request (by you) → Price quote (by us) → Order confirmation (by you) → Invoice creation (by us) → Payment (by you) → Shipment (by us) → Tracking → Order completion

Is there a minimum order?

We are engaged in wholesale and retail sales of goods. For some items, a minimum order quantity is set due to economic factors. Since the cost includes delivery, insurance, and packaging, it is not always possible to ship individual items in single quantities.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, USDT, AliPay, PayPal.

Where is the store located?

DEA Zone is a wholesale supplier; we are not a store, pickup point, or showroom. First and foremost, DEA is a warehouse in Hong Kong.

Why are there no offices in large cities?

Not having offices in other countries helps us keep our operating costs down and focus on providing quality services at affordable prices. We are constantly improving our service to make the ordering process as convenient as possible for our customers. Hong Kong is the ideal location for shipping goods around the world in the shortest possible time, as well as for interacting with suppliers of various product categories.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world. Delivery times depend on the destination country. For more details, see the “Delivery” section.

What is the delivery method?

We cooperate with a private cargo carrier and offer two delivery methods: standard delivery (4-9 business days) and express delivery (24-48 hours from the moment of departure).

Customs clearance is included and does not require additional costs, which is an advantage of using a cargo carrier. You can track your order through your personal manager. For more details, see the “Delivery” section.

When will my order be picked and shipped?

We usually ship orders within 48 business hours of confirming payment for your order. In rare cases, there may be a minor delay due to a product being out of stock.

Where is the cargo delivered?

Your shipment will be delivered to the address specified when placing your order. The courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Why are there so few products on the website?

The price list contains retail prices for our products. The cost may be reduced depending on the quantity of goods purchased and the total order volume. Do you work with dropshipping?

Sure. Within the dropshipping system, we offer products without a minimum order quantity. When working with dropshipping, we do not interact directly with marketplaces or other trading platforms. Our main task is to send the goods directly to the end recipient and ensure their timely delivery. We strive to ensure that every order is fulfilled quickly and efficiently, allowing your customers to receive their products without delay.

What is the warranty period for used devices?

Who pays for return shipping?

What should I do if I received a different product than the one I ordered?

Such situations are impossible, as our warehouse staff carefully check each order before dispatch. Each customer and subsequent order has its own number, which is used for identification and subsequent processing. For more details, see the section “Returns/Exchanges”.

Who bears the cost of returning damaged goods?

Over many years of operation, there have been only isolated cases of damage to goods (back in 2019). Nowadays, carriers are extremely careful with valuable cargo, as we pay for insurance.
Insurance is included in the shipping cost, each box is marked “FRAGILE,” and we pack all devices tightly together and add extra material inside.

If I am dissatisfied with the goods or do not like the device, what should I do?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days (from the date of receipt) for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us before returning your item, as we do not accept unauthorized shipments. If the return is not the result of our error, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways. Please ensure that the items you send back to us are in their original packaging.
