Shipping options
DEA Zone is your reliable logistics partner. All goods are shipped from our own warehouse in Hong Kong. We offer solutions that balance speed and cost optimization, namely a private international cargo company. This allows you to avoid the difficulties of independent customs clearance that customers often encounter when using EMS, DHL, or FedEx.
- Standard: Turnkey addressable AIR delivery, delivery times 4-9 business days, delivery times depend on the region. Flights depart twice a week (Tuesday and Friday). Cost, insurance, and customs clearance are included in the price of the goods. No additional payments.
- Express: Turnkey addressable AIR delivery, delivery time 24-48 hours. Flights depart three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday). Cost: +$15/device, insurance, customs clearance included in the delivery cost (not available in all regions, check with the manager).

Working with third-party carriers
If you have a trusted logistics partner, we will be happy to prepare your goods for shipment:
- Local delivery: We will prepare, label, and deliver your goods to your carrier's warehouse.
- Location: China, Hong Kong, Macau. Remote regions in Asia will be considered international delivery.
- Documentation: We provide all necessary waybills, acceptance and transfer certificates, and delivery confirmations.
Important: In this case, responsibility for the safety of the cargo after it has been transferred to your courier lies with the customer or the selected transport company.
